Do I need to bring my own bike to bike lessons?
Generally we use our bikes for total beginners because it often requires getting comfortable on smaller bikes first and then work towards finding the right sized bike which is dependant on skill level and size.
What should I wear to bike lessons?
It is important to wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you can move around in easily. It is also a good idea to wear a helmet and other protective gear, such as knee and elbow pads. We can provide them to you if needed.
Am I too old to learn to ride a bike?
Absolutely not! It is never too late to learn to ride a bike. Bike instructors teach students of all ages and abilities.
What if I have special needs?
Our instructors can teach students with a variety of disabilities to ride a bike. If you have a disability, be sure to let your instructor know in advance so that they can make the necessary accommodations.
What if I am not in good physical condition?
